Some say when there is Jianghu, there is conflict.

Many players have joined the Chaos War since the Way of the Swordsman Update dropped. Ming and Meng each have 50 warriors in a face-off to the death. Some think that the team more stacked with high might players always wins, but players are evenly sorted into the two factions. So how does an individual warrior make the most of Chaos War?
Choosing Your Martial Arts
Chaos War contains group battles, so you'll often see a particularly powerful player going up against plenty of weaker ones. Attack skills with wide range are great for taking out several enemies at once. Try to deal your damage via group martial arts to rack up a higher score.
Dragon Claw, Tai Chi Fist, and Specter Sword are the most suitable skill sets for Chaos War as they have outstanding damage output no matter whether you use them in single duels or group fights. Overlord Spear has an absolute advantage among all purple martial arts while other purple skills have better performance at short range. On another hand, blue martial arts have special effects in collecting battle scores and their pages are quite easy to collect. Mount Hua Sword can deal damage to enemies within a wide radius. Maiden's Dance can stun group enemies and stop them from using flying skills. Fist of the Monkey has a devastating group silence effect. Devil's Palm can heal allies within a fixed radius. Golden Pike can taunt nearby enemies. Ming's exclusive skill is a bit weaker, but Dragon Spear is an indispensable in both survival and control in Chaos War.
Before join the Chaos War, be sure to switch to suitable Internal Skills, Meridian and Divine Weapon. Don't waste time in revival cool down. The longer you survive, the higher the score you can get in battles. It's best to equip internal skills that have the highest HP and defense bonus. Rattlesnake with damage reduction effects is also helpful. Choose the Sword divine weapon to quickly recover your HP and Pike divine weapon to reduce enemies' damage. If you have Heaven Sword or Dragonslayer's Blade, don't hesitate to use it!
The faction with highest scores wins in the Chaos War. Besides defeating players from enemy camps, trying to vanquish Legend and Martial Sage bosses in the battleground can also rack up points. Please be aware that Martial Sage can drop gift packs containing bonded gold and Smelting Stones. Don't miss those!
Generally speaking, players with high levels of might often rush at the front to get the rush that comes with slaying a bunch of enemies at once. That means the rear formation is vulnerable--focus your attacks there! Defeat the Legend and Martial Sage boss for even higher scores. However, victory goes to the camp whose warrior deals the last deadly attack. When the Legend and Martial Sage boss have the only remaining HP, use what you've got left to finish the battle and earn your gift pack.
